How we collect reviews
After working with a member, we invite them to rate the experience honestly — including what did not meet their expectations. Reviews are published with the member's written permission, surnames are shortened for privacy, and the same portrait appears on their member profile. We never pay for reviews, offer rewards for positive ratings, or hide critical feedback.
Reviews describe personal experiences. They are not a promise of representation, acceptance, or publication — results always depend on the manuscript and the market.
