Premium Member ($25/year)
Premium Member purchases are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase. Premium includes the member login, author profile, opportunity database, tracker, and member resources.
Community Reader ($9)
Community Reader purchases are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase. Community Reader includes the newsletter, public articles, prompts, and event listings, but not full member tools.
Renewals and cancellations
Renewal charges after the first paid term are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access active through the end of the paid term.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
